4. Ticket Delivery and Entry

• a. Tickets are issued digitally. You will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket(s).
• b. You must present a valid e-ticket (on your phone or printed) and, if required, a valid ID at the event entrance.

5. Returns and Refunds
